Cryptocurrency exchange Binance will temporarily suspend withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard bank cards for users from Ukraine starting December 29, 2025. This was reported by the publication Minfin, citing information received from platform users.
According to the updated terms, the changes affected fiat channels. In particular, Binance has temporarily disabled direct withdrawals to cards issued by Ukrainian banks and also suspended some related services, including Recurring Buy and the processing of certain fiat limit orders.
The reasons for the decision have not been officially detailed, but it is assumed that the restrictions are related to changes in the operations of payment partners and a review of the fiat infrastructure in the region. At the same time, cryptocurrency trading and operations within the exchange continue to function as usual.
Users from Ukraine are advised to consider alternative withdrawal methods in advance, such as the Binance P2P platform, stablecoin transfers, or bank transfers available in the exchange interface. The timeline for restoring card withdrawals will be announced separately.
